Nurture Retreat Itinerary

Day 1- Recall

Settle in and unwind as you arrive and join us for a welcoming cultural dinner, marking the start of a rejuvenating week.

You will also take time to mentally revisit the experiences you came to release. This will be done through Swadhyaya, a practice of self-inquiry in the evening practice.

Day 2- Reconnect

Today focuses on reconnection. We will somatically reconnect with the experience, noticing where it manifests in the body and understanding its impact.

Day 3- Release

This day is dedicated to releasing the experience from the body, where it’s stored energetically in the body and in memories, whether in the heart, mind, or hips. Expect to use a lot of energy as you release the stored energy.

Day 4-Rest

Take this time to rest and integrate the energetic and karmic releases that have occurred. We will focus on resting in the newfound release.

Day 5- Reclamation

On this day, we will focus on reclaiming the parts of ourselves that were lost due to the experience and how to reintegrate them.

Day 6- Restoration

We will concentrate on restoring the Self. All activities will be directed towards the restoration of your mind, body, and spirit, integrating all the experiences from the retreat.

Day 7- Farewell

Conclude the retreat with a closing session and a farewell breakfast, leaving you refreshed and inspired.

To ensure all participants of the Nurture Retreat are well-suited and aligned with its goals, we require everyone to apply. After applying, you will have a one-on-one conversation with the retreat facilitator to discuss the retreat experience in detail and assess your fit. If you are deemed a good fit, you will then be granted access to register
